EL CENSO DE POBLACION Y VIVIENDA 2010

Desde el pasado dia 1 de diciembre se viene realizando el levantamiento del censo de población y vivienda 2010 y si hacemos una evaluación de lo que se ha hecho hasta la fecha hay que concluir que este censo es un total y completo fracaso, un rotundo desperdicio de recursos economicos y humanos. Nunca antes se habia gastado tanto en publicitar el levantamiento de este tipo de conteo, nunca se habian visto la clase de problemas logisticos presentados en esta ocasión, es alarmante la falta de preparación de los empadronadores y la falta de colaboración de una parte importante de la población.

Es increible que un operativo en el que se estima tiene un coste de mas de mil millones de pesos lo unico que al estado le interesa saber es cuantas personas hay en una casa, el numero de habitaciones, etc. Tal parece que a la Oficina Nacional de Estadisticas no le interesa saber cuantos Catolicos, Testigos de Jehova, Metodistas, Pentecostales, y locos (evangelicos) hay en este pais; tampoco les interesa saber si las personas tienen o no suministro de agua potable, tipo de instalaciones sanitarias, ingresos de los miembros de una familia, si recibe o no remesa, etc., etc., etc.

Este censo no puede servir de instrumento de desarrollo porque simplemente el estado no va a conseguir las informaciones necesarias para elaborar planes a mediano y largo plazo. Esta nueva experiencia solo ha servido, con toda seguridad, para que un grupo de peledeistas se llenen los bolsillos mas de lo que lo han hecho en los ultimos seis años y como siempre al pendejo contribuyente solo le queda pagar las facturas.

LAS NOMINACIONES A LOS PREMIOS GRAMMY

En el dia de ayer se dieron a conocer las nominaciones y como ya va haciendo costumbre a un terrible año, con una escandalosa escases de buena musica, le sigue un horrible listado de candidatos al maximo galardon de la musica mundial. Eminen encabeza la lista de candidatos con 10 nominaciones incluyendo Album del Año (Recovery), Disco y Canción del Año (Love The Way You Lie), a Eminen le sigue Bruno Mars con 7 candidaturas, incluyendo dos para Disco del Año, una como co-interprete del hit de BOB "Nothing On You" y la otra como productor del tema "Fuck You (Forget You)" de Cee Lo. El precioso tema Need You Now de Lady Antebellum obtuvo nominaciones como Disco y Canción del Año asi como el album del mismo titulo compite en Album del Año. Juan Luis Guerra compite por la categoria de musica tropical con A Son de Guerra.
